3,000 miles. One ocean. Four oarsmen.

Inspired in part by Ben's courage and determination, four rowers will cross the Atlantic in November and raise funds for Spinal Research. We would love it if you could join us for a fundraising evening hosted by The Ben Kende Foundation at Wagyu Lounge in Soho on the 30th of September.

The Ben Kende Foundation is excited to announce that we are involved in the Marvel 10K Weekend at Disneyland Hong Kong! (See https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/events/marvel-weekend/)

On the 17th of September, Ben and some budding BKF supporters will be running around Disneyland to raise funds for the Ben Kende Foundation. Well, they won’t actually be running. Ben and his BKF supporters will be rolling around the course in wheelchairs in the name of solidarity for those, including Ben, who are living their lives in Wheelchairs. They may have an advantage on the downhills, but the uphills will be murder. Follow this link to donate - https://run.gofundraise.com.au/page/GeoffStewart0. Please note that donations will be made in Australian dollars and are only tax deductible in Australia.

All proceeds will go towards the Ben Kende Foundation. The Foundation provides on-going support for Ben's rehabilitation and support endeavours to improve the lives of people with Spinal Cord Injuries. The goal of this particular fundraising event is to raise enough funds towards potentially allowing Ben to have a Spinal Implant, which have proven to be one of the most promising curative innovations we've seen. In those who have had the procedure, the Spinal Implant has had remarkable success in restoring continence function, and even improved voluntary control of otherwise paralysed muscles. If you would like more information about the Spinal Implant, please visit: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/2ZPCCDW1XHx2yFzrzqBrcn5/could-the-paralysed-stand-again-with-just-a-tiny-electronic-implant

Any help would be fantastic and thank you all for your generosity!
